RAM problem = BSOD

ok, well one of my computers it really starting to tick me off. I get like a BSOD every 10min or so. Iv pretty much isolated the problem to the RAM. I already sent it in for RMA once and got new RAM. But what i think it is might be that the RAM doesnt work with my ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe mobo. The RAM i have is Kingston 1GB 400MHz DDR Non-ECC 3-3-3 Kit Dual Rank

Will that RAM work with the mobo or is it incompatible. Is there any way i can change the timings?? Or anything, i just dont wanna go blow another $100 on RAM.
