ram latency question

So I've read through the memory FAQ but still have a question about ram. I am getting faster ram, PC3200, and I am wondering whether a Cas latency rating of 2.5-4-4 or 2.5 would be better. two different brands, Mushkin and Corsair, respectively. Pretty much the same price and exactly the same specs except for that.

This will be run with an OCed barton 2500+ and an Abit NF7-S v2 mobo. Any suggestions?
 
the first cas rating you gave is actualy cas ras and ......(fill the blank) so it is pretty much the same, personaly i would go corsair.
