RAM heatsinks for X1950XTX

So I bought a X1950XTX but the constant up and down fan speed is driving me nuts. I have a Zalman VF900 but want to use some copper heatsinks (the VF900 came with aluminum ones, and I don't feel like prying them off the old card). What are my options? I see Newegg has these Thermaltakes but they look a little cheap. These Evercools look better but are huge, 22mm x 22mm! Would those even fit on a X1950XTX? Then there are these heatsinks which are 14.5mm tall (too tall I think) and apparently have crappy thermal tape.

What do you guys think?

(p.s.: Where can I get some good thermal tape?)
