I've OC'ed my 920 to 3.5ghz so far with a divider of 2:8 for 1600mhz RAM. Should I bump the divider up so I'm running my RAM at 1600mhz? I'm wanting to OC to 3.8ghz.

Well, if your RAM is rated for it, you might as well set it to that speed. If you set your Bclock to 200, your multiplier to 19, and your memory ratio to 2:8, that will leave your CPU at 3.8GHz and your RAM at 1600MHz.
