RAM Disk setup recommendation?

Hey guys, I'm getting an 8 GB memory kit soon for an HP Envy 14 and was wondering if you folks can walk me through how to use RAM Disk for Windows 7 x64?

More specifically...
1. Browser cache for RAM disk setup?
2. How much memory should I allocate for RAM disk?
3. OS caching? How it works...

With only 8gb, I would not recommend setting up a RAMDisk. There's too little space to put anything useful. You would want at minimum 16gb, maybe 12gb.

OS caching is automatic.
 
A 1GB ramdisk for your internet browser cache files is what i recommend.
