Ram Compatibility

Hey guys,
A friend is building a new system, got all his parts off E-bay. He just asked me now if his ram and motherboard are Compatible, and i really have no clue.. if someone could tell me if they are and explain how you know that would be great.

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot, but i think this was right.. also i think where it says speed: ddr400(pc3200) is where you know it will work, but i want to make sure im correct.

Its not compatible, well it is but you would need 2 sticks of it as the motherboard only supports dual channel
