ram compatibility question

Go here and download the QVL document for your board. This will tell you if you're all set. I believ most OCZ modules are in fact compatible with that board. I've rarely found any ram that wasn't compatible with Asus boards. (at least in the last 4-5 years)

I've already downloaded the QVL already, but i can't find any kits of 12gb only some with 3x2gb, I'm kinda new at this so I don't really know how to read it i guess.

You are better off checking with the RAM company you intend to buy from and see if they have tested the memory on the board you plan to use. MOBO manufacturer QVLs are typically outdated and incomplete but, the better memory companies stay up to date on the newest boards.

Just buy brand name RAM I7 tested with lifetime warranty. It will work fine. On the off chance it does not RMA it.
