RAM choices, which one?

I have around 150 or so and I wanna get 2x 256 so I can run at DDR. Any advice on which one? The Muskin seems to have better cas latency but I've heard some good reviews from corsair. If not these 2, anyone does have any recommondations? Running a p4 2.4
