Ram and s754 mobos

I have the stuff as listen in my sig. My ram is doing pretty well @ 215MHz @2.55v 2.5-3-3-8, but I think I can do better with PC3200. My concern is that I've heard that s754 boards can be quite picky with PC3200 ram, especially double-sided modules. I know for a fact that a very popular MSI board is this way. I still think I want to get new ram, but I don't know what I should get. Is there any help someone can give me as to what I should buy? I mean, how do I even tell if it's double sided or not?!?! HELP!!
 
almost all 512mb sticks of ram are double sided. 256 is a mixed bag.

and that's a 49mhz overclock, which is about 30%.. i doubt you'll be able to get much more than that
