Has anyone tried this game with a 7600gt?? I havent been able to find much information about its performance in this game, only a pair of reviews of the game that had quite different results, one said it allowed 1024*768 high quality and the other said it was barely playable at 800*600, so i would like to see some real experiences from users, not some flinchy performance analysis...

Just so happens I have been playing RB6 for the last few days and reading a lot including performance reviews etc although I own a 7950GT O/C

In a nut shell I believe 800x600 will be fine IF and a big if you turn shadows to the lowest settings and blur off. The visual loss is fairly small. I would say you would stay above 30+FPS

At 1024x768 I think you would struggle.

Reason why I think this with the 7600GT is this, it shows 22FPS average 800x600 at "High" settings. Setting shadows to low alone will gain you a ton probably at least another 10FPS.

Do you overclock your card?

I've been playing R6: Vegas the last few days on my new AGP 7600GT, and I've been getting decent 30-40FPS performance at 1024x768.
