Rainbow Screen over HDMI?! (5770)

Anyone have an issue using HDMI output with their 5770? I tried and the screen is all distorted and rainbow color. I have two 5770s and they are both the same using 10.2 drivers. It boots up fine, but when it hits desktop in windows, problem appears.

I also found the below post saying people have also encountered the issue. Hardware Bug?

I can help you - in the menu with your displays, go to the last tab (Pixel Format) and tell it to use "Full RGB" instead of YPbPr/YCbCr.

Just checked, it was already set to RGB.
It is a driver issue I think as it works when booting, but when it hits desktop, it looks like this:

EDIT: The problem is with the 10.2 drivers. Works fine over 10.1 drivers.
