Hey Steve,

I know [H] Consumer is dead and all but. I couple of the dj/producer forums I hang out on a lot of guys have been going on and on about these boxes made by "Rain Computers".

I've seen a lot of claims in my day but they seem to charge as much as apple and make claims that set my bullshit detector way off.

Ever heard of these guys? They bullshit or the real deal?

sounds to me from looking at their features pages that they just tune the os and have dr bios or something simple like that going on.

anyway, i figured if anyone would know, it would be the [H] crew. Not considering one myself, just one of those things I read about that made me all curious.

It's just a bunch of marketing speak. With quotes like the ones below...

A dual core is still a dual core, not a quad. HT doesn't turn a 2 core PC magically into a 4 core PC.
