what rail(s) are the following powered by, or in what ways does a rail give power to them?:
1. soutbridge and the on-board device controllers controlled by it
2. the nb itself
3. pci-e slot devices hooked to a floppy connector
4. sata ports and the devices hooked up to them
5. usb ports and the devices hooked up to them.
6. cpu socket and the cpu.
7. memory slots and memory modules
8. onboard fan headers
 
I believe the uncore in Core i7 CPUs also draws power from one of the secondary rails (I don't remember the exact details).
