So I finally replaced my Gen1 Intel x25-M 160gb SDD with 2 intel 520 240gb drives and put them in RAID0

I know the perils of RAID 0 but this rig is really just for gaming and video editing....

my server with 16TBs of drives is where my data is, plus dropbox, USB 3.0 backup drives and many other places that mission critital info are stored.

here is my AS SSD score

I use sony vegas for video editing and the added speed will be appreciated :D

sure, but perhaps someone was looking for user generated benchmarks for 2 520 Intel 240gb SSDs in RAID 0

I know prior to my purchase I looked and found mostly review of the 520 and some with 2 in RAID 0, but I didnt find very many user generated benchmarks (which is what this is)

anyways.... i love how the newer motherboards + W7 dont need drivers installed for RAID arrays to be seen in the windows installer, makes setup super simple!

perhaps....

hardware canucks has 599MB/s write and 1034 MB/s read

but they also used a separate OS drive.... where as my setup has the array as the OS drive.

but that is a good question

next-Jin what are your read/writes with your array?
