Jan 21, 2004 #3 T tdg 2[H]4U Joined Jan 27, 2003 Messages 3,816 You can RAID basically any two drives you want, but the closer the specs the better. The only thing about a 2MB and 8MB cache will be that the 2MB drive will probably take slightly longer to read and write than the 8MB version.
