Is it possible to RAID two 80 GB IDE drives, one with 2mb cache and one with 8mb cache?

Motherboard will be a DFI infinity.

You can RAID basically any two drives you want, but the closer the specs the better. The only thing about a 2MB and 8MB cache will be that the 2MB drive will probably take slightly longer to read and write than the 8MB version.
