Raid works, add IDE ,system fails

I have a Raid of 2 (80 GB) HD's , I install Win XP Pro, then I add my other HD a 200 GB IDE drive and I get the message "NTLDR is missing" . The 200 GB IDE drive is my backup drive which I can not format, they are both NTFS. I have the Abit-IC-7-Max3 Mother Board.

I would say that without the exact description of which drives are connected to which controller, drive jumpering, etc.

I'd suggest that you double check your drive jumpering, which controller the drives are connected to, and the boot order in the bios, as it sounds like the 200gb drive is ending up higher in the boot order, or you're breaking the raid set because of incorrect jumpering...
