RAID Transfer

I am running out of space on my SATA RAID 0 150GB Array. I plan to buy two 250GB and put them into an array on a new card that is PCIe x1. How can I directly transfer the information on one array to the other? I don't want to reinstall because I have too many precious game saves and program settings. I need to resize the partitions on the new array. I am running XP. I need the boot information too. What program can I use?

Well you can try something as simple as the hard drive manufacturer's disk copy utility and see if it'll recognize the RAID controllers. If not, you could try Drive Image XML which is free or Acronis True Image which has a 30-day trial.

you could try ghost as well but it might not have the driver necessary for your controller card. what card are you getting?

GParted can copy or move partitions as well, provided that your SATA controller is supported. There is a LiveCD. It is a free tool.
