Hey guys! Not sure if this is the right area or not. I did a quick search, and couldn't find the answer I'm looking for.

I am currently running 2 1TB drives in a RAID 0 on my Sabertooh X58. I'm thinking about adding another set of maybe 2TB drives in a different RAID setup.

Does anyone know if I can run 2 different RAID arrays off my board, or do I need to buy a new card for the separate array?

Yes you can, as long as you have free ports on the "Intel" ports on the motherboard.. Add the drives while the system is off, and configure them in Windows as a new RAID array.
