Just got my other raptor today and setup RAID. Since so many people also have been askin about my cabling, thought I'd show some "behind the scenes" pictures...

Hope you like....I'm happy i finally got that last hard drive in. That fan blows straight thru them and over the vidcard/z9500 :p

love the wiring job mate, whats even better is the clock....drools! :D

thx, had the rig sitting outside for the bench, did multiple bench programs...nice numbers...not bad for a $1100 system.

Love the wiring job. I love that HSF, too. Just wish I could afford it...and a system to put it on.... :(

Wow that's a great wiring job in the Super Lanboy!

You ahve inspired me to do the same.

Will post back sometime next week with my results.

holy crap i wish i could be that anal about my wires, i thought mine were decent, yours are Amazing!

WOW, I need to take a pic of my lanboy wiring... and ask you for advice, :O Amazing job btw

Take out the little "tool tray"...that will give you some space...

I did, but my problem is, I have a hardrive cooler, that backs up almost fully to my PSU

My Lanboy
That was my solution to hide the wires...It was alot harder to hide them with a Modstream PSU. Those wire don't flex at all. I still had my tray.

Great job though...I have first hand experience with that case, and yours is a beauty. :D

holy crap, is that zalman really that huge? It's not the CNPS9500 is it? I was thinking about using one of those on my next build, but if it overhangs the top expansion slot like that.. I dont think I'll be going for it.

SICK wiring job btw.. that's just fricking clean!

yea, it's the zalman 9500 cooler. It doesn't interfere with the video card or the memory on this board...
Remember, this is a very small case, so things appear larger than they really are !

if you have the superlanboy it's easy to hide the wires

I had to go and sell it to a friend, oops

I'll upload the pic of my lanboy when I get home, For some reason the gov, does not like their workers to get on Photobucket? Who woulda "Thunk" it.

(BE prepared to weep, and run away in fear at the nest inside)

alright you've inspired me to re-wire my case but I was wondering a few things. I have some pretty stiff wires coming from my power supply and i've afraid of cracking my motherboard if I muscle em around a bit or maybe pulling one from a molex connector....should I be so worried?

Dont be afraid, just be careful and pull straight up, not at an angle. Also be careful not to bend any of the capacitors on your motherboard while you're working

Well I wont be able to get pics up tonight, I just found my USB cable, and well I guess I stepped on the end or something, Its caved in, once I get laptop back from friend I'll load em up.

Here is my Super Lanboy and its past and current wiring jobs:

Currently (7800GTX gaming rig), not perfect but good enough for now.

The two 120mm case fans are connected to the Antec True Control psu and are always set at the lowest speed and have an Antec 120 fan dampener installed, resulting in a damn quiet gaming rig.
