RAID Degraded...what now?

It says all times are estimates. Similar to the phenomenon of the weight loss programs you see on TV "Results shown here are not common and actually vary on a case by case basis". I am sure some fixes are 10 minutes, and some are 10 days.
Personally I have never heard of them, and their site looks like a boilerplate for a number of companies, they are possibly just reselling some other companies work.

I just randomly click them. when I search under data recovery, there are quite a few that come up on that kind of short time frame.

What I want to find is the cost to recover the data / RAID drive, I want to know what the street price is

Personally, I recommend Drivesavers. I have used them a number of times in the past (both for business and for friends/family who ignored my backup suggestions) and they are the most recommended of the recovery businesses. They are even one of the few companies approved by all the drive vendors in that their repair services (even if the drive has to be opened) do not void the manufacturers warranty.
One thing to keep in mind is these services don't come cheap. drive arrays can cost many thousands of dollars to recover depending on whether the problems are just logical or physical as well (and how screwed up the array is in either case.)

I have a quick question, there are so many RAID controller, some old a no. of yr. old, when you ship them the bad drives, do you ship them the computer as well? As they can't possibly have all the RAID controller in the past years.

If they do recovery services commercially they should have the disk layout specifications of nearly all controllers and recover the data in software (like i.e. R-Studio does it). It would be dumb for a controller vendor not to provide this information if they want to continue to sell their products to larger companies. Even then it could easily be reverse-engineered.

Just an update...after a couple of trys of "fixing" the bad drive and trying to get it to get me through Christmas, I failed. With that said, I got a new one for Christmas with the extended warranty this time! Last night I popped it in, formatted it and rebuilt the array. I woke up this morning with all of my data still there and RAID working again!

Thank for everyone's help!
