Raid 5 Limitation in XP?

I encountered a strange problem today trying to use a Raid 5 partition using four 750GB Drives with XP. I could not install the OS onto the partition once created so I used another drive as the main OS drive and the RAID5 as data. Even then, XP could not see the partition for some reason.

The last thing I tried was reducing the RAID 5 partition to 1.9TB which magically seemed to work.


Is there some sort of limitation in XP to partition size?

I believe there is a limit as is talked about in the thread above.

32 bit xp is limited to 2tb max partition size
