On large games, your levels will load faster. Generally, after that, little to none FPS increase from what I've seen and heard because it's all done by the CPU/GPU after load.
short answer: no.
long answer: No. Although there are some very minor gains with raid 0 for gaming, you set yourself up for failure (one drive fails, you loose all data, not just half), if you want a boost in the hard drive department, go with a Raptor.
