Raid 0 to Raid 1

A while back I was putting together a new machine and since the motherboard had a raid controller built in I set up a RAID 0 array of two drives. Since this was primarily going to be a gaming machine it was no big deal if I lost the drive. Since then I started using the machine for actual work and I worry about the RAID 0 array even though I do regular backups. From the motherboard manual there does not appear to be an easy way to convert the RAID 0 array to a RAID 1 array. What is a good tool to back up an image of the RAID 0 array so that I can restore it after setting the two drives up as a RAID 1 array?
 
Ghost seems to be a worthwhile utlity for this particular endeavor. You can move images between drives as long as the destination drive has enough space generally. Just do not keep the virtual partition. it hosed me on transferring a 2k3 build from one physical drive to another.
