Raid 0 or Raptor faster?

I have a raptor 74 gb and a 320 gb wd cav.

im currently using the raptor for os/game and wd for storage.

would it be faster to have say...2 wd 320gb in raid 0 or simply just one raptor?
 
It will depend on the application and the geometry of the RAID 0 array.
