Raid 0 and mup.sys

Installed windows XP on a new i7 rig and I finished setting up a Raid 0 array with two 500GB drives, and when I try to log back into windows it gives me a BSOD while loading and when I try to run it in safe mode I can clearly see it BSOD's at mup.sys. . .. any help?
