The 7800GTX review at Rage3D that was linked from [H] has some interesting comments in the conclusion:

1. First review of an nVidia card ever posted on that site.

2. First experience with a top-end nVidia card by the reviewer.

The fact that they came away thoroughly impressed with the GTX is probably the highest compliment it has received so far...
