Rage question: When do I get ar?

I have been picking up steel tipped AR ammunition everywhere. When do you actually get an AR that will use it? I have yet to pick up any rifle type of weapon. I just cleaned up the water from being poisoned in wellspring. Did I miss it?!

yep, this... it's about a $237 investment - bought it around when i got my own buggy - kinda useless at first, nice little weapon after you put some mods on it
