Im in the process of getting all the innerts to the new rig im goinng to be building/moding and Im going to go with water cooling.
I have been running this through me wittle brain and have talked to a friend that has built several systems now, but still no clue he has never used water.
So what I have been wondering about is, when setting up a complete water cooling system and useing one large Radiator with (3) fans on it set to turn on/off with a tempature senor.
Is'nt the water that is being circulated through the CPU water block and pulling that high heat away and just pushing through the GPU water block and then picking up more heat only to push it through the chip set and or north bridge block before it even gets to the Radiator for cooling again to start the cycle all over again? the water is already holding a lot of heat and if you add HDD blocks, it to is getting hot /warm water passing through the block?
PS: I hope I made some sense here
So what I was thinking of doing was setting up a WC set up with (3) or (4) small Radiators to which I would mount (1) 120mm fan on each, because I was planing on WCing the HDD also.
Here is what I was think of Doing to circulate the water: ( 3 Radiators )
Pump-->>CPU Block-->>Radiator(1)-->>GPU Block-->>Radiator(2)-->>North Bridge Block-->>Chip Set Block-->>Radiator(3)-->>Resivor-->>Pump
With HDD Water Blocks in the loop:
Pump-->>CPU Block-->>Radiator(1)-->>GPU Block-->>Radiator(2)-->>North Bridge Block-->>Chip Set Block-->>Radiator(3)-->>HDD Block-->>HDD Block-->>Radiator(4)-->>Resivor-->>Pump
Or is this just a Nutty Crazy Idea and way way way WAY over kill.
