I have the following components

Blocks
- DD TDX for A64 X2 4200+
- DD Maze 4 for 7800GT
- DD Maze 4 chipset

DDC Pump from Danger Den
Swiftec Res
3/8" Tubing

Thermochill PA120.1 that I will be using with a Panaflo U1A on a Rheostat

I know that a larger radiator would be better but I don't have the room, does anyone know of a higher performing radiator or will this be sufficient?

The 120.1 is one of the best rads out there and I doubt you will find better performance out of any other single 120mm rad. A custom heatercore with some high cfm fans may get you some better results but i dont think it would be anything drastic and it would probably take up more space. Really only a bigger rad will help you... do you have the room to mount it externally?
 
It is already getting mounted to the back of the case (which I really didn't want, but oh well) so I am already tight on space. It is a Q-pack case, single 120mm on the back I suppose I could look into a small radiator somewhere in the case but I am worried about flow restriction as well.

Do you have room for a ThermoChill PA160? It is a shrouded single-fan radiator that matches the performance of many double-fan radiators.

Instead of using a rheostat, can your motherboard control the fan?
 
I still need to open the case so the shroud on the PA160 would interfer without me cutting a notch into the cover (trying to keep it looking at least somewhat clean). I guess I could look into making a spacer from the shroud to the case but then I have to worry about cantilever stress from the weight of water in the rad forcing against 4 small screws.

The Panaflo U1A draws 6.12 watts of power at 12 volts, I don't want to burn out my motherboard trying to throttle that down.

Good luck on finding a radiator. If you decide on the PA160, I would consider the lower wattage fans recommended by Thermochill for that radiator (see http://www.thermochill.com/pa160.php).

I could not believe the power requirements of the U1A until I actually saw it in print. If you are still evaluating fans, here are some recent comparative tests:

The Titan fan in the first test is similar to the U1A in CFM and power consumption. However, due to the noise it generates, you may be happier with a shrouded radiator that employs a quieter and less power-hungry fan.
 
I am runing the U1A now, as the system is still aircooled. Interesting thing about the Panaflo is that there is no highspeed whine just the woosh of the air moving. Not so bad really, and moving 114cfm is really nice without it sounding like a delta or worse, those little vantec tornados :p.
