radiator bolts - flush / flat head?

Anyone out there know where I can find these / what the proper industry name for a bolt designed like this would be?

I want a magnetic filter i've got to sit flush, so it's either modify / hack job the filter frame, or spend a few bucks and get the proper bolts.

A flat head screw is what you are going to be looking for.

well, using the mcmaster-car link, i found the head type i'd want, an undercut flat style, but they only come up to 1" length.

Using boltdepot, i found it within abuot 5 seconds:

... does that look like it would work to you? think case-fan-screws, they sit flush, so should that, right?

Yup.

I bet you can find something similar at HomeDepot....ie 6/32 by 1 1/4 or 1 1/8 inch......

The fan casing is 25mm or 1 inch......you want about 6mm more length so you dont screw the bolt into the radiator channels.......so 1 1/8 is about it......or 30mm.
Just be cautious when screwing the bolt into the radiator braket.

the one provided by corsair are 1.25", but they are intended to be used with the included washers.

So yeah, i'm thinking i need something that's 1 1/8"

... if the bolt is a mm or three too long, doesnt it just impact fins (that arent getting any airflow anyhow, under the rad shroud)? arent the channels farther into the 'core' of the radiator than that?

not only do i not see the length ( i see 1" and 1 1/2") but it's the wrong head type.
