In the Swiftech H20-120 instructions, it says that if you install the radiator with the inlet and outlet pointing up, you can permanently attach the radiator to the case.

I don't see how this can work for bleeding because there will still be fluid trapped inside the radiator right?

bleeding=getting air out

and my rad is upside down [fittings at bottom] and it bled out fine

I have a 220, installed with barbs up. I just filled the reservoir, started the pump for a few seconds, and refilled the reservoir. It took about 3-4 times to fill the lines. The fluid simply pushes the air out of the lines/radiator.

Of course, leave the cap off the reservoir when doing this, so the air has somewhere to go.;)

If you are using a T-line, it might take a few more times.
