my radiator is sitting one the bottom of my case with fans on top of it.....would a radgrill look stupid mounted on top of those fans....or do i need to just get individual fan grills
 
thats completely personal preference. i dont think it would look bad. personally i dont even see why you need a grill on the inside of the case.
 
i want to protect the fins on my radiator..... i change compnents frequently and i am afraid i would bumb it and bend them to often....im basically looking for one large fangrill lol
 
Just a suggestion, and it will not effect your airflow day to day. Cut a piece of cardboard just the right size to set over the rad when working on internals. Only problem is where to stash it when you are not using it.
 
If you go to www.mnpctech.com they sell radiator templates for $1.99 each, they are made from hard board. I have the templates for 120.2 and 120.3 with 15mm fan spacing.
 
Knowing how lazy we can be sometimes when we're swapping parts in/out quickly, I think the radgrill is a great idea. The cardboard covers would be better (full coverage, no air restriction during non-use) but only if you actually take the time to pull it out and use it. I know sometimes when I'm short on time I take shortcuts that I regret later so I personally would probably use the radgrill...
 
I would recommend using a fangrill , some fans have really sharp fanblades that cut right to your finger .Happend to me once when i just wanted to fix a cable and was too lazy to turn my rig off.
I use those wiregrills , they are dirt cheap ,dont restrict the airflow and you hardly notice them.
