radeon9700pro overheating

i only have 300watt powersupply on my p4 2.8ghz HT system will my radeon9700 pro overheat?

im not planning to overclock it until i need to
 
Do you have decent case ventilation or are other components overheating?
 
i dont think itll overheat in a plastic bag. GPUS are ment to run 2x as hot as cpus meaning if u put a shw33t hsf on it, like a stock intel HS and run a 120mm fan over top of it 7v's itll probably cool it better

You should have no problem
