well i got a 9800 pro 128mb oc'ed to 420/350 and it isnt liking going any higher on the mem clock so i am thinking about getting better cooling on the card. I hear vga silencers are common for 9800 but is it worth it to get a new cooling fan onto my card and will i see a difference?
 
make sure you dont use epoxy on the ramsinks... and you can always put the stock back on.
