radeon x1900xtx overclocking disabled?

Hi all

I just got a new Radeon x1900xtx, the plain ATI version. I tried overclocking with Overdrive in the CCC but it would not let me change any of the speeds for core or memory. I tried ATI Tray Tools but it reported that overclocking was disabled..anyone know how to get around this? :confused:
