So back in the day, I would run a program like NVHardpage or the AMD equiv during that time that would basically unlock everything that was hidden in the normal driver or either video card producer.

Is there such a thing that exists today for Radeon owners? I know that Nvidia Inspector is still around for Nvidia owners. Just haven't come across anything like that since 2013 when RadeonPro Beta was around and the guy who created it went to work for AMD and stopped developing for it.

I think you can do a lot of stuff now in Wattman and even download profiles from other folks .
 
Wattman is pretty good since you can profile OC/Voltage for each application or game in the driver. Functionality that is not even remotely present with Nvidia drivers. Also kinda cool using your phone to give you remote monitoring which can help to dial in your max OC looking at temperatures, fan speeds etc.
