Radeon 9800 Pro questions...

I plan to buy a 9800 Pro (as an upgrade from my GF4 MX420).

Anyways, I have some questions.

Is it true that Dell power supplies are rated at a median. I have a Dell 250 watt psu...I've heard it can do 348 watts peak, and it does 250 watts median.

What is this about a harddrive connector? I know the 9800 Pro requires a 4 pin molex connector (it's on the back of the card)....can someone give me a pic and explain this to me?

I have 256MB PC2100...will this effect my gaming framerates aside from the load times (will bf1942 use any more system RAM at 1024x768 then it does at 640x480?)?

Thanks.

Thanks.
The four pin molex connector is for the PSU cable. It doesn't connect to your hdd or anything, just for external power to the card.
