I need the help of my geek fellow geeks, Where can i find this card the cheepest online for a freind? I am personely an Nvidia guy(and mostly buy from the egg) and a buddy wants this card and ONLY this card, new.

Thanks for the help. :D

 Almost $300, please smack some sense into your friend and talk him into a card from this generation. Same price point could kick some 9800 ass.

thanks dude, But ive had "bate and switch" probs with some of the site listed on the watch, any recomendations?

I tried to talk him into a 6800nu or a 6600GT, but all hes got in his head is numbers and the advise of some idiot he works with...."I dont want a 128mb card".....hes not a bad guy just a kinda a "hillbilly" attitude about shit.

Bring him over to the forum, we've got opinions and numbers too. We can talk hillbillly.

Seriously though, as someone who just personally upgraded to a newer card from that series card, the results are flat out amazing.

Ask him if he'd rather have 6 apples for a dollar, or twelve apples for a dollar.

Then tell them he gets to eat those twelve apples out of a hot girls cleaveage for the same dollar!!!

Thats the difference between the 9800 series and the new stuff.

seriously.
