Radeon 9700 Pro Trouble

I have had this 9700 Pro for awhile, but recently it started to act up. It isnt displaying the color red at all. Any thing that is supposed to be red is black, and the whole monitor is a blueish/greenish tint. It happened once for a little while, but it cleared up after fiddling with it for a bit. Unplugging the monitor cable, restart, making sure video card is in, but now It wont go away. I went to the color properties trying to raise the level of red, but the red bar isnt even there and it wont increase at all.. Im pretty sure it is the computer, and not the monitor but not positive. When the monitor goes into power saving mode and does the color check you can see the red perfectly, and the on-screen monitor options have normal color. Its not windows because when it boots up everything that is white is blueish even in the post, and loading of windows. Anyone else have this or a similar problem and want to help? The card is out of warrenty so RMA wont work. :mad:
 
Hmm forgot to try to install new drivers actually... Let me try that, and ill post my success
 
Ok.. Just found out it is actually the monitor.. Which really pisses me off because this would be the second time this same monitor has broken...
