what should I get with my setup in 3dmark01. It is:

Athlon Mobile 2500 @ 200X12
Abit NF7-S2
2x256 2.5X3X3X6 pc3200
BBA 9700 pro @ 330/330
Fresh install of Windows 2000
Relatively optimized with almosty no background apps
Catalyst 4.12 and ATI tray tool optimizations
Onboard sound (have an old but decent turtlebay card I could throw in)
400 watt Antec Power supply
10gb 7200 4mb primary, 20gb 7200 4mb seconday hd

ill be first with a guess 15k 200x12 18k 240x10
 
Your CPU is going to be the determining factor in your score. 3dmark2001 has ceased to be a video-card benchmark with modern hardware.
