Having a few problems. Ran spectacularly for a few days, but not so much now; Bluescreens a lot, each time having ati*.exe at fault. Don't have any other problems at all, with the old 7900gtx. Clean install, so I doubt it's a conflict with previous nvidia drivers. Using catalyst 8.6.

guys?

8.7 beta's crash almost the same amount
Hotfix driver doesn't seem to be doing too much to help either

Heat is not a problem at all. I've installed a Thermalright HR-03 on it, and current idle temperatures are 35c, and load would be closer to 45.
Unlikely that it's a power issue. Silverstone ST50EF+ with a combined max of 36a. Just for good measure though, I tried an OCZ GameXstream 500w featuring 481w combined 12v/3.3v/5v, no difference.
I'm usually not doing anything when it overheats; Desktop, surfing the internet, etc.

Forgot the specs:
Abit IP35-e
Intel Core2duo E4300
2x1gb Crucial Ballistix 6400
2x1gb OCZ Gold 6400
4x various hdd's
Silverstone st50ef

Haven't really had any issues until the last few days, which has been quite a while since I've put on the hr03. temperature everywhere on the card is quite managable, I've been careful not to knock anything off the card while putting the hr03 on it, so I doubt it has anything to do with it. I'll try the stock cooler when I'm back though.

Thanks.
