Will a 120mm dual or triple radiator mounted to the top of a case fit between the rails of a 5 1/4 " drive bay or is there some cutting involved?
 
Assuming you are in the US, the very popular choice seems to be the 2-302 Bonneville core. This core will fit between 5 1/4" rails and measures about 5x12x2" total. This core seems to pop up in almost every discussion, if you browse around a tad you should be able to find more than enough information about it.
