Just use the template and cut out with a jigsaw. File down the edges and you're good to go.
 
The screw holes on the grill are designed to be too small so don't freak out when you get them. That way you can tap them to the size you want.
 
I cant remember if its printed on the box like Aqua Computer's, but you can just go on AC Ryan's website and they have printable templates there.

Yes, it is packaged in a cardboard 'sleeve' and has the template printed on the back

I highly suggest using the cardboard packaging, as the templates that you get from their website sometimes do not print off in the right scale! The one that i printed off is slightly smaller than the actual size...

Excuse me for thread-jacking, but what are those 4 round silver things in the pic? Are they case feet? If so, got a link?
