I'm looking for some radiator fans to replace my current ones (Panaflo M1-BX) The static pressure on these fans are so poor that i feel the air seeping back through the venturi.

I was looking at the Delta PFC1212DE-PWM as I want to also upgrade to PWM fans.
Also, my rad is a Black Ice GT Stealth 360 Radiator

Does anyone have any suggestions for better fans or any information on these Deltas?
 
According to the specification on the delta it probably kill your ears. You might want get the delta SHE version or the San Ace H1011.
 
Do the thermaltake fans have good static pressure? 130CFM + Quiet sounds good on paper, but I worry if they can handle the radiator.
 
I'm surprised you're getting bad results with the Panaflos.

Generally San Aces and Deltas are the recommended rad fan for pushing through high restrictions.
