Rad and Case fan recommendations?

So I'm putting together a new 4690k mATX build and looking for a few fans. I'm going to be reusing my Corsair H100 in a push-pull config and was wondering what the current best "quiet-ish but still good airflow and not obscenely expensive" 120mm rad fans are.

Also, any recommendations on relatively quiet 120mm case fans would also be appreciated.

if you want to go for the cheap side, Corsair SP120 quiet are the chosen one for both Radiator and case fan... they are in twin pack for less than 25$, you can also check for the AF120 for case fan but if you are using Dust filters then they will be worthless thats why i recommend SP120 for both case and radiator fan..

Most of the Noise Blockers are supposed to be good, ive got some no complaints ... AP-15s if you can find em (Then again I got a bunch on sale @ 12 ea a while back)

For vertically mounted rad I will agree with the suggestion for SP120, but if you're horizontally mounting you'll probably want the Noctua NF-F12. Sadly, I went through two sets of SP120s before realizing that the bearings don't properly self lubricate when mounted horizontally, which resulted in a quiet but distinct clicking, but the NF-F12s have been solid for many months in my rig without any issues. Thankfully, I chose a case with no window, so the ugly color scheme doesn't matter to me.

Will be vertically mounting the rad, but that's good to know.

How about the AF120 fans? Any issues mounting them horizontally?

Same bearing, just different fan blade design, so they will have the same problem being horizontally mounted. They work fantastic vertically mounted; I have used them since day 1 as intake/exhaust.

Just to throw a couple additional options into this Corsair party (which are totally fine, because I think they're good as well)

I have to say I really like the CoolerMaster BladeMaster for things like the AIO coolers, and they're pretty cheap as well. They're not super-quiet but they do move air quite well. I use a pair of these shrouded to a Kuhler 620 for the machine in sig.

I also like the Bitfenix Spectre Pro. I've got a pair mounted on a Hyper 212+ and they're a dream.

AF120 are cheaper than SP120 but those are worthless if you are using tight mesh with dust filters... the airflow its reduced like 50% with filters like Demciflex (which i use), the airflow its great but no enough static pressure to pull air from dust filters.. about to be mounted horizontally i've never had any issue, i've used in push/pull with my h100i and one in the bottom of the case.. then i've changed it for Noctua NF-P12 for case fans, and NF-F12 for push/pull with my h100i.. but noctua fans are expensive in comparison to corsair, each NF-F12 are in like 20-25$ and NF-P12 like 16-20$... actually you have the choice for Noctua Redux And industrial designs.. which are way better aesthetically but are also even more expensive from 30$ each.. as i said if you want to go cheap the choice are Corsair Fans, they are good and cheap i've used long long time without complains since the first no PWM models..

I can confirm the bearing issues with Corsair fans. The 140s that came with my H110 made awful clicking noises when mounted for exhaust in the top of my case. It drove me nuts so I even requested an RMA from Corsair, and sure enough the replacement fans had the same issue. They work fine in the side panel though, so I bought a set of Akasa Vipers from frozencpu to handle the radiator exhaust up top. The bearings are dead silent in the Vipers, good static pressure, and the fans themselves are much more sturdy. They make em in 120s as well: frozencpu.com
