Rackmount in a dorm room?

From the very limited experience I have with racks

Btw, thanks for the correct terminology. Here in Portugal just about any "concrete masonry unit" is called "cement block" :p

Stacking stuff seems ok, but keep in mind some things simply DO NOT like to be stacked, and there are weight limits on stacks...
