Rack mount suggestion

I picked up a Avocent CPS1610 and its only about 8-9" wide, I wanted to mount this in my little home lab rack. My rack is slightly angled so I can't just sit it on top, are there any brackets that will extend this device out to 19"? Also, it doesn't have holes for ears so if there is something similar to the kits that hold ASA 5500 series in place that would probably work. After searching a bit all I can find is to use a shelf but I'd much prefer to just mount it right to the rack.

Thanks.
