R9 290 REF "displayport lower setting applied" problem.

I have found "displayport lower setting applied". every time i connect REF Sapphire r9 290 my monitor (UP2414Q) via DP.

Can i solve this problem.

ps1. When i choose DP1.1 mode i got full 4K res at 30Hz. But when i choose DP1.2 mode i just got 1920x2160 at 60Hz.
ps2. It's not cable and monitor problem, I connected it to GTX680 and it runs perfectly.
 
Have you created the eyefinity display group in catalyst control center? I found I often had to do this manually on a new install.
