Quoting multi-quotes

Please dont kill me if its been mentioned before!!

But I have noticed that when you quote multi-quotes it doesn't show up properly. Is this a bug in VB?
 
Bah! I found a thread from 2005 that said we have to manually nest quotes. I never actually realized that we couldn't nest until now.
 
What do you mean by "doesn't show up properly"? When you quote a post, you quote only that post, not any previous posts within that one.

And when you multi-quote, the posts show up in the order they were selected, not necessarily chronologically.
 
I mean when you try to quote someone who has multi-quoted. When you hit your quote button to qutoe them, it only shows the last of the multiple quotes.
 
That's exactly what Lethal just said. It will only quote the person's comment, not any previous quotes. That's the point of multi-quote, you have to do your own legwork and quote each individually.

I know what you mean but I can't think of a better way to state it.
